The Members Only Committee has three primary goals: Put on two quality events (spring and fall) each year for members only, ensure increased value to members investment in NAIOP by offering unique and desirable events in venues otherwise unavailable to the public, and finally, create effective and more intimate networking venues for members to develop relationships while strengthening the chapter membership. As a byproduct of exclusivity, this event also serves as a vehicle to increase membership.
