Mix and mingle with the younger set as you plan NAIOP’s Real Estate Challenge. Committee members coordinate all aspects of this unique competition, which features teams from the University of Washington, Washington State University and the University of British Columbia; each vying for bragging rights and the prestige associated with the mastery of the event.  Students from each university’s real estate program will compete from mid-January through late March to create and present a development proposal for a multi-faceted and challenging real-world project.

Join the team behind the scenes and help recruit participants, plan the program and get the word out about NAIOP’s Real Estate Challenge.
