Community Enhancement
NAIOP's "Community Enhancement" projects have consistently drawn more than 350 NAIOP member volunteers from more than 100 companies each year.

Past projects have included Ryther Child Center, where we provided painting, fence building, new playground, and shed construction for troubled kids and teen trying to rebuild their lives; Des Moines State Beach Park included construction of salmon observation platforms at a local waterway; and the construction of fences at an area park, and restoration of the senior center; and Seattle Children’s Home which included renovation of gymnasium and teen center for troubled youths.
For the past 20 years, members have made financial contributions, donated construction materials and given hours of their time and labor to make NAIOP's Community Enhancement projects successful.
