Deal of the Year

Hospitality Development of the Year

Market Adaptation Development of the Year: This award recognizes a project that underwent a use change or significant physical modification in response to the changing market. Judging criteria shall include level of creativity, financial success, complexity and size of obstacles overcome to achieve the change.

Community Impact Development of the Year: This award recognizes a project, person or group that made a significant impact on the community in which it is located or in which they have worked. Judging criteria shall include the significance of the impact on community income, jobs, plus environmental and physical improvements.

The Committee and Judges reserve the right to add, amend, or drop categories based on nominations received. Please contact the NAIOP office if you have questions.
