Come have lunch at Kent Station and then hop on a bus for a guided tour of the evolving southend. We’ll take a look at some new industrial and office properties in Kent, Auburn, Sumner, and Fife, as well as a mini tour of the Port of Tacoma facilities. Then wind down at our post-tour event back at Kent Station with some hors d’oeuvres and beverages.

Patty Rubstello, Washington State Department of Transportation: Patty will speak on the region’s current and upcoming transportation improvements.

John Pietromonaco, Hill Raaum Pietromonaco: John will discuss the changes to the 2007 FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map study and the appeal that has been filed by the cities of Renton, Auburn, Tukwila and Kent.
