Our keynote speaker is the popular and informative Lynn Michaelis, Partner at Forest Economic Advisors, who will present a talk titled "Too Much of a Good Thing?  When will it END?" 

Featured guest speakers include Michael Cade, Thurston County EDC Executive Director, and Dr. Ali Modarres, Director of Urban Studies at the University of Washington Tacoma. Dr. Modarres will give insight into the changing demographic and economic landscape of Pierce County and what this might mean to real estate, with a focus on millennials and retiring population.
