NAIOP Washington State is the leading advocacy organization in our state dedicated to creating a favorable climate for commercial real estate. We are committed to responsibly advancing public policy to support the long-term economic, environmental and demographic vitality of our region.

NAIOP Washington State spends significant resources each year to ensure our members have an effective voice before policymakers in Olympia and at Seattle City Hall. In 2015, NAIOP’s PAC spent more than $90,000 to combat the anti-development tide and support candidates and issues that align with our mission and business-focused agenda.

Your support of NAIOP PAC helps strengthen our impact and ensure responsible and balanced development practices in the Puget Sound region.

• Valet parking or paid parking under the hotel
