A Tale of Two Cities – Investing in US Commercial Real Estate

Gain insight into the influential roles of foreign investors and millennials in the demand for commercial real estate in gateway versus non-gateway cities and the economic outcomes from these forces. New game-changing variables--including technology, shift in urbanization, collaborative communities, employment instability, changing demographics and transit connectivity--shape the real estate landscape of certain cities, while others remain unaffected, creating a “tale of two cities."
