October breakfast headshots

NAIOP Washington's Sustainable Development Committee is pleased to host the October Breakfast Meeting. The committee's 2017 focus on Sense of Place highlights stories about how our local environment influences real estate development in the Puget Sound area.

In support of this, the October breakfast will present the development of Fremont, one of Seattle's up-and-coming commercial hubs, and the great strides already made in the sustainability of this neighborhood.

This session will explore how the momentum of these sustainability trends are continuing in Fremont, how they can be taken further, what else is possible, and where the challenges lie. We will also explore how sustainable development is driving decisions from the tenant’s perspective and what the expectations are to attract the highest levels of talent.
