Property Tour Bellevue

High-quality building amenities, expanded light rail service, and City projects like the Grand Connection are just some the features attracting tenants and patrons to downtown Bellevue. With several big projects recently completed or underway, Bellevue is starting to emerge as a regional leader in office and retail development. Explore some of downtown's top properties with us during our Summer Property Tour on July 11. This premier summer event will feature a lunchtime panel with Bellevue developers, exclusive four-stop walking tour, and networking reception. Additional event details to be announced soon!

Four 106 offers incredible amenities including a welcoming lobby with a living wall, a public coffee bar and interior plaza, and fireside seating; a full gym with bright west-facing views, spa-style luxury showers and day-use lockers; as well as secure bike storage in the garage.
