NAIOP Research Foundation
The NAIOP Foundation provides commercial real estate professionals with a blueprint for success by assessing and evaluating the trends, demographics, development needs and profitable markets of tomorrow.

In the short time since the Foundation was created, the organization has emerged as the industry's leading 'think tank' devoted to ensuring commercial real estate thrives far into the future.

A few of the projects the Foundation is working on include:

  • Standardizing office and industrial terms to increase capital flow, liquidity and asset credibility throughout the industry
  • Establishing criteria that can be used at the local level to illustrate the economic benefits commercial real estate brings to our communities
Pinpointing markets poised for growth over the next decade
