During its 34-year history, Triad has developed a wide array of award winning developments. Grimm also founded Triad Capital Partners and has been an active angel investor in many startup companies. He co-founded Triad Venture Foundry, a Seattle-based company creating innovative new product development. He and his wife also founded Triad Film Works, and served as an Executive Producer of Mother’s Day, a major motion picture directed by Garry Marshall and starring Jennifer Aniston, Julia Roberts, Kate Hudson and Jason Sudeikis.

Chris is responsible for execution of the firm’s investment strategy in the Pacific Northwest. Responsibilities include site selection, acquisition, entitlements, design and development of multifamily and senior housing assets in excess of $500 million of annual investment. With more than 13 years of experience in the multi-family industry, Chris has been involved in the development of more than $1.5 billion of multi-family and senior housing assets. He received his bachelors and MBA from the University of Washington, where he also completed the Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program. He is an active member of ULI, NAIOP and NMHC, and is a past board member of the Seattle Architecture Foundation.

Marc is responsible supporting active development projects, as well as sourcing and executing development deals in the Puget Sound Market. He oversees development for Ryan Companies in the Puget Sound.

Prior to joining Ryan Companies Marc worked for Microsoft, Holland Development, Opus Northwest, and Kirkland Building Company. He has been fortunate to work on projects that touch all phases of the commercial real estate asset life cycle, including site selection, entitlement, design management, branding, leasing, shell and core project management, tenant improvement project management, asset management, disposition, and defect litigation support.

A-P Hurd is the president of SkipStone, a consulting firm that provides services to private and public clients. She is the former president of Touchstone, a real estate development company that built nearly 3M SF of office, retail, hotel and residential space between 2007 and 2017 and won the national Developer of the Year award in 2016. A-P is also a faculty member and Runstad Fellow in the College of Built Environments at the University of Washington, where she teaches a course on land economics and public policy.  She is on the Executive Committee of the Seattle Chamber Board and co-chairs the Chamber’s Policy Leadership Group. She is also on the boards of the Pacific Real Estate Institute and of CityBldr, a tech company that uses big data to unlock opportunities for housing development. She was the 2014 president of NAIOP Washington, has worked on numerous urban policy initiatives at the state and local level and has received several awards for her work including the Better Bricks Advocate award and the Puget Sound Business Journal's "40 under 40" award and the "Biznow Power 60" award. In 2012, A-P published The Carbon Efficient City with the University of Washington Press.
