NAIOPWA Developers Forum

In these extraordinary circumstances, NAIOP Washington State will continue to convene our member community by facilitating direct, intra-group communications for developers and owners.

Sign Up for the NAIOPWA Developers Forum. The Developers Forum is an email listserv for NAIOPWA principal members to engage in discussion, and to seek and receive feedback and resources from professional peers. Access to the listserv is limited to CRE developers and owners. NAIOPWA encourages members to share challenges, provide constructive feedback, bring questions, and provide perspective in all matters related to commercial real estate development.

To ensure the best possible experience for all NAIOPWA members, we have established some basic guidelines for participation.

Etiquette

  • Include your name/signature on all messages.
  • State the topic concisely and clearly in your email subject line.
  • Only send a message to the entire list when it contains information that benefits everyone.
  • Send messages such as "thanks for the information" or "me, too" to individuals—not to the entire list (reply sender, not reply all).
  • Post only content that you are comfortable signing your name to or having others know came from you.

Rules

  • Non-commercial messages only. Contact people directly with product and service information if you believe it would help them.
  • Messages also should not contain promotional material, special offers, job offers, product announcements, or solicitation for services. NAIOPWA reserves the right to remove such messages and potentially ban sources of those solicitations.
  • Use caution when discussing products. Information posted on any platform is available for all to see, and comments are subject to libel, slander, and antitrust laws.
  • All defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, or illegal materials are strictly prohibited and will be removed.
  • Don’t attack others. Discussions on the Developers Forum are meant to stimulate conversation, not to create or fuel contention. Let others have their say, just as you may.
