More about Tina Pappas & Tarragon Property Services

Tina Pappas has been appointed president of Tarragon Property Services (TPS), headquartered in Sumner WA, effective immediately. Pappas most recently served as Sr. Director of Real Estate Operations at Tarragon, TPS’ development affiliate. TPS was established in 2001 to internally manage Tarragon’s long-term real estate holdings. The Tarragon portfolio includes multi-family, industrial, office and retail in the Puget Sound Region. TPS has offices in Seattle and Sumner, WA.

In addition to leading the company’s leasing and management division for both commercial and residential properties, Pappas will serve on the organization’s leadership team. She is NAIOP’s 2020 president-elect and is active in several civic and industry associations. Pappas has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1994. Before joining Tarragon, Tina worked for Colliers International, Fisher Properties, Egis Real Estate and Bill & Melinda Gates Investments. She was president and one of the founders of Egis Real Estate Services, which evolved out of Fisher Properties.

For the past 2+ years, Tina has worked closely with TPS, overhauling the commercial leasing department. She has been a trusted resource for Tarragon’s property managers by working alongside them on site issues. “Tina’s extensive background in leasing and management makes
her a natural fit to lead TPS,” said Dennis Rattie, president of Tarragon, “Her leadership skills will elevate TPS’ services and accelerate their growth.”

Tarragon is set to bring an additional 2 million SF of industrial space and approximately 1,000 multi-family units to the Puget Sound market in the next few years. TPS currently manages a real estate portfolio that consists of over 3,800 multi-family units, over 2.8 million SF of industrial and over 600,000 SF of retail projects, all located in the Puget Sound region.
