Pat focuses on project vision and execution of the development business plan as a principal with Lake Union Partners, an urban real estate company specializing in residential mixed-use, commercial office, and adaptive re-use projects in Seattle and Portland.

As a team of creative and experienced developers, Lake Union Partners is focused on building projects with design integrity and sensitivity to local neighborhoods. Two Seattle projects currently under construction are East Union, comprising 144 apartments and a 19,000-square-foot grocery, and The State Hotel at 2nd & Pike St, a 90-room, independent hotel.
