Alli has spent the last 15 years focused on the construction and engineering space helping companies acquire and develop high potential talent. Her passion lies in building and leading high-functioning recruiting teams to engage and enable internal and external talent pools to drive towards greater profitability. A mother of two, when not at work you can find her hopping between playdates, soccer practices, Little League games, lacrosse and the PTSA. 

Nikki Mitchell, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, McKinstry

After nearly five years working in higher education, she pivoted her career to recruiting. She began her career as a technical recruiter in the IT sector before joining McKinstry in 2017 and focusing on the construction and engineering industry. Her goal is to align internal and external talent to support McKinstry’s nationally growing business. A lover of the pacific northwest, you can often find her enjoying the outdoors and bouncing around West Seattle with her husband, Bryce.
