GA Legislative Leadership Forum

Legislative and regulatory threats to commercial real estate in Washington State are growing. Rent control, split roll property tax, and energy efficiency standards for buildings 50,000 square feet and smaller are significant challenges we face in the upcoming 2022 legislative session.

All NAIOPWA Principal Members, who are owners and developers of CRE, are invited to attend NAIOPWA’s inaugural state Legislative Leadership Forum. The forum will host Senate Republican Leader Senator John Braun and House Republican Leader JT Wilcox as guest speakers, along with a legislative briefing from NAIOPWA’s state lobbyist, Greg Hanon.

Event details:

  • Thursday, January 6 | 7:15 - 9 a.m.
  • In-Person in South Lake Union (Location details provided upon RSVP.)
  • Light breakfast provided.
