Celebrating 50 Years of CRE [February Breakfast]
Thursday, February 26, 2026, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM PST
Category: Breakfast Meetings

To kick off 2026, our annual breakfast series will take a look back at the last five decades of development in the Puget Sound region in celebration of our 50th anniversary as a chapter. Founded in 1976 as the Puget Sound Chapter of the National Association of Industrial Parks, NAIOP Washington State has since evolved alongside the region into a wide-reaching, diverse CRE powerhouse driving economic growth in and around Seattle. Join us on February 26, where we'll bring together the industry's most influential leaders from past and present to reflect on the landmark deals, business relationships, and iconic moments that have shaped our industry. This behind-the-scenes panel will offer candid storytelling via a moderated panel of NAIOPWA hall-of-famers and industry vets as they share career-defining projects, lessons learned, and how deals got done "then vs. now." We'll also take a moment to look forward, offering a possible vision for the next 50 years of our association and metro area.
Tell us your anniversary story! Do you have a fun NAIOPWA memory or impactful project story to share? Email your stories and photos to [email protected].
NAIOPWA’s Breakfast Meetings convene industry thought leaders and subject matter experts for engaging, unbiased educational panels and networking. With more than 1,400 annual attendees, we offer timely industry information and networking opportunities featuring the region’s most influential developers, service providers and community leaders.
