Shannon Gaffney, Co-Managing Partner, Chief Creative Director, & Founding Principal, SkB Architects
Shannon Gaffney is co-managing partner, chief creative director and one of the founding principals of SkB Architects. Based in Seattle, Washington, Shannon is an architect, interior designer and planner shaping a diverse range of places from mixed-use, commercial office buildings, workplace, restaurants, retail spaces, residential and furniture products. Shannon is originally from Dallas earning her Bachelor of Environmental Design and Master of Architecture both from Texas A&M University. She has participated in several boards, design committees and design consulting engagements including the Deans Advisory Council for the College of Architecture at Texas A&M University; Arts Corps, Seattle; and design strategy consultant for Microsoft’s global design work. 

Kim Faust, Co-President & Chief Development Officer, MainStreet Property Group LLC
With over 25 years of specialized experience in real estate acquisition, development, and construction, Kim serves as Co-President and Chief Development Officer of MainStreet Property Group, where she focuses on transforming suburban and urban environments into vibrant, sustainable communities. She leads the firm’s entitlement and construction activities, specializing in complex projects that require a high degree of collaboration with city officials, neighborhoods, and regional stakeholders. Kim currently directs a pipeline exceeding $1 billion in development value, encompassing mixed-use, townhome, land development, and multi-family projects ranging from 25 lot plats to over 600 unit multifamily developments.
