About Katie Trimpe

Katie Trimpe is the Director of Business Development for Turner Construction Company’s Washington Office, where she leads strategic growth initiatives and partners with owners and industry stakeholders to deliver complex, high impact projects across the region. With more than 20 years at Turner, Katie brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by roles as the Special Projects Division Manager, self-perform concrete, VDC, estimating, MEP engineering, and project management.

Katie is actively engaged in the community as a member of Plymouth Housing’s Partner Cultivation Committee, NAIOP Washington’s Property Tour Chair (former DL), and a Seattle Public Schools STEM Advisory Committee member. She is a LEED AP BD + C and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Washington. Outside of work, Katie enjoys traveling, golfing, and exploring the outdoors with her husband and daughter.
