Matt Graham, State and Local Tax Senior Manager, Baker Tilly Matt is an attorney and CPA who has advised clients on state and local tax matters since 2014 as a member of Baker Tilly’s state and local tax practice. He counsels businesses through audits, refund claims, planning, structuring, letter rulings, voluntary disclosure, and exposure mitigation, with particular depth in sales and use tax and gross receipts taxes. Matt works extensively with construction clients, as well as businesses in professional services, technology, and financial services.
