About NAIOP Washington State's Men tor Program
The NAIOP mento rship program matches up young professionals and students with seasoned ind ustry veterans for informal, monthly meetings to share ideas, discuss profe ssional development, and talk real estate in a casual atmosphere.

The advantage of this program for a real estate prof essional such as me is that I get to interact and network with a broader ra nge of individuals from the real estate and development community. I see me ntoring as a means of recruiting talent to our industry and fostering an ex change of perspectives from the next generation of industry professionals.< /span>
The time commitment is just an hour per month, and the benefits for both me ntors and mentees can be quite substantial. Monthly meetings run January th rough June, beginning with a kick-off event January 21 and moving on to one -on-one meetings.
N AIOPWA's mentorship program is an opportunity to build lasting connec tions in which Developing Leaders may learn professional skills such as exe cutive presence, leadership, management and networking. The ment orship program is not intended as an opportunity to further sales goals or to seek future prospects during one-and-one mentoring interactions.
