A vibrant contingency of NAIOP Washington State members lives and works in the south Puget Sound area. The South Sound Committee promotes NAIOP membership in cities south of Seattle, and develops programs and activities that address issues specific to this area's commercial real estate market.

Reduced Membership Rate Exclusively for South Sound Small Businesses

NAIOP Washington State is offering a special, reduced annual membership rate of $745.00 to businesses with corporate headquarters located south of Kent or with operations focused in Pierce and Thurston Counties. The intent of this special membership rate is to provide a reduced fee for small businesses (fewer than 20 employees), and is limited to one membership per company. Offer expires December 1, 2017.
