Community Enhancement

Plans the implementation of our annual one-day community service project to benefit a deserving local non-profit or government organization.

Developing Leaders Committee

Focusing on students and real estate professionals ages 35 and younger, this committee is dedicated to the future of CRE in Washington State.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Works to ensure chapter programming includes multiple voices and perspectives to reflect our diverse market and attract diverse talent to the Washington markets.

Eastside

Create a relevant and diverse calendar of Eastside events focused on property tours, education, and networking, while advancing the community and commercial real estate space.

Government Affairs

Plays an active role in administrative and legislative processes, helping achieve favorable political and legal conditions for the region’s CRE activities.

Membership

Works to deepen member engagement and increase member value, as well as to grow and develop the member base.

Night of the Stars

Organizes our annual gala awards ceremony, recognizing local real estate projects and companies for their impact on the community, market adaptability, ingenuity, and local contributions.

Programs

Responsible for hallmark Breakfast Events that combine meaningful networking opportunities with high-quality, time-sensitive educational presentations which advance the CRE industry

Property Tour

Annual Property Tours explore flourishing neighborhoods in the Puget Sound region and highlight development projects connected by a common theme.

South Sound

Promotes membership in cities south of Seattle and develops programs and activities that address issues specific to the area’s commercial real estate market.

Student Engagement

Provides opportunities for students to engage with NAIOPWA and the CRE community through a variety of initiatives, including an annual Real Estate Challenge contest, mentorship program, and other educational and networking events.

Sustainable Development

Expands member knowledge of sustainable practices by highlighting the current state of sustainable development and presenting successful case studies and examples.
