VISION

Our vision is to be the leading Washington advocacy organization focused on creating a favorable political and regulatory environment for the commercial real estate industry. The Government Affairs Committee will advance our members' policy interests before state and local legislative bodies. Our focus is supporting elected officials and candidates that will promote NAIOP Washington State’s priorities.

PURPOSE

  • Advocate for NAIOPWA’s policy preferences at the state and local levels
  • Identify and support candidates to state and local offices that support our priorities
  • Raise money through NAIOPWA PAC to fund priority candidate and issue campaigns
  • Increase NAIOPWA's influence in policy discussions that may impact our members
