Moderated by the voice of the Kraken, Everett “Fitz” Fitzhugh, this breakfast will explore how the deal came together, and what this private investment means for Seattle’s Uptown community, businesses, and transportation corridor when the doors open this fall. Hear about the challenges building and upgrading the landmarked structure and the project’s deep roots in sustainability.

- NAIOPWA has arranged for spaced-seating sections at the breakfast. This includes fewer seats at 6-foot banquet tables along with social-distanced theater seating in the back of the ballroom.
- NAIOPWA and the hotel have arranged for to-go breakfasts options. If you would like your breakfast to go, simply ask your server onsite.
