A Tale of Two Cities – Investing in US Commercial Real Estate

Gain insight into the influential roles of foreign investors and millennials in the demand for commercial real estate in gateway versus non-gateway cities and the economic outcomes from these forces. New game-changing variables--including technology, shift in urbanization, collaborative communities, employment instability, changing demographics and transit connectivity--shape the real estate landscape of certain cities, while others remain unaffected, creating a “tale of two cities."

Prior to the morning's programming, Board of Directors elections will be held and members will be asked to ratify the actions of the 2016 Board of Directors.
