After years in Washington covering the beat for Newsweek, The McLaughlin Group, NPR and The Wall Street Journal, Kondracke is singularly qualified to delve into the major policy issues voters are facing on the national and local stages. Morton Kondracke, a Washington DC-based journalist for nearly 50 years, has recently retired to Bainbridge Island, though he continues to write for The Wall Street Journal and his old newspaper, Roll Call. He's covered every presidential campaign since 1968 for the Chicago Sun-Times, The New Republic, Newsweek and Roll Call.
