Something special has been happening up in the University District neighborhood of Seattle over the last few years. There are a sea of cranes and new MUP signs, a batch of newly completed high-rise buildings, a new light rail station, and students are back to school at the University of Washington. Our March breakfast panel of neighborhood contributors will be addressing these noteworthy developments and how they are changing the landscape of this area and adjacent university. Join us March 15 to learn more about one of the fastest growing sections of Seattle.

The March Breakfast also marks the culmination of our annual Real Estate Challenge. This year, in partnership with site sponsors, Onni Group and the Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI), student teams from University of British Columbia, Portland State University, and University of Washington have been tasked with generating a feasibility proposal to develop a 18,000 square foot site in the University District. The winning team will be announced at breakfast.
