CE Holy Family

Each fall, NAIOP Washington State hosts a day of community service that provides needed upgrades and maintenance to a selected project site. We are excited to share our 2025 Community Enhancement Project: Holy Family School!

Since 1964, Holy Family School has served a diverse population of students from pre-k to 8th grade on its 13-acre campus. The current student body is approximately 165 students from 17 zip codes in and around Auburn, a portion of whom are on financial aid. The school has largely operated in the same building since its inception and is overdue for key maintenance and upgrades. With the help of NAIOPWA members and sponsors, Community Enhancement hopes to bring some much-needed improvements that will help create a safe, healthy, and vibrant campus for the students, staff, and community to enjoy. Proposed projects include landscaping, painting, safety improvements, new play equipment, and more.

The number of projects we complete is directly related to the amount of funds we raise and volunteers who come out to support us on event day. When you sponsor Community Enhancement, you are making a difference in our community and paving the way for future generations to learn, grow, and thrive in the Pacific Northwest.
