- Lumen Field is undergoing several stadium enhancements to prepare for the World Cup and improve the fan experience for years to come. The “Fanovation” project modernized areas throughout the stadium and added venues such as the T-Mobile Endzone, The 1976 Club, and EQC Tunnel Club. Additional upgrades include installation of FIFA-required grass surface, enhanced security, upgraded seating, and a brand-new sound system and video boards.
- 505 First, a 288,000-square-foot Class A office building in the Pioneer Square neighborhood of Seattle, is the first existing building to obtain the highly rigorous Core Green Building certification from the International Living Future Institute (ILFI). Blending modern technology with historic architecture, 505 First boasts exceptional amenities, including a rooftop deck with panoramic views of downtown Seattle and the Puget Sound, while setting a new standard for sustainability and innovation.
- RailSpur, named for the railways that once ran through the area, encompasses three historic warehouse buildings into a transformative micro-district including office, retail, restaurant, residential, and hospitality experiences. 419 Occidental Ave is a LEED Platinum brick and timber office building offering 77,000 square feet of work space throughout seven floors. 100 S King St features Populus Seattle, a boutique hotel with a rooftop bar and restaurant. 115 S Jackson St is a three-story heritage building with 26 fully furnished apartments.
- Colman Dock is Washington State’s busiest ferry terminal serving more than 10 million passengers annually. Completed in 2023, the new terminal features a new entry building with over 20,000 square feet of passenger space, a new pedestrian bridge, and public plazas with local artwork.
