Rookies & Rockstars 2016

Rookies and Rockstars is NAIOP Washington State's newest networking event, a partnership between our Developing Leaders and Membership Committees, to bring NAIOP Developing Leaders (a.k.a. Rookies) and seasoned commercial real estate pros (a.k.a. Rockstars) together for a casual evening of conversation and cheer.

The primary registrant must be a member of NAIOP. Each primary registrant must bring a guest to help us maintain the beneficial 50/50 balance of young real estate professionals and seasoned pros in attendance. Eligible online registrations will include the required contact information for both you and your guest (please, no “TBAs”).

Rookies who register must bring a Rockstar (see the definition below), and Rockstars must bring a Rookie. Your guest may be a NAIOP member or non-member who also is employed in the commercial real estate industry in Washington State.

ROOKIE: A Developing Leader. A DL is an individual who works in commercial real estate who is 35 years of age or younger.

ROCKSTAR: An individual who works in commercial real estate who is 36 years of age or older.
